Lemon Cake

Ingredients

  • Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Mix
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Oil
  • 1 Small Pkg Lemon Jello
  • 6 Oz Frozen Lemonade
  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1.Beat the first five ingredients together and pour into a tightly foiled 9x13 glass pan.
  2. 2.Bake 40-45 minutes at 325 degrees (350 degrees if using a metal pan).
  3. 3.After baking prick top thoroughly with a fork.
  4. 4.Cool 5 minutes.
  5. 5.Make a glaze out of the lemonade and sugar.
  6. 6.Slowly spoon over hot cake, giving it time to soak into the top rather than running down the sides.
  7. 7.Serve very cold. Freezes well. (Add rum to it if desired)
