Peanut Butter Frosting

Instructions

1. 1.Whip peanut butter and butter in a large mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer to beat creamy peanut butter and butter until smooth.
2. 2.Gradually beat in 2 cups of powdered sugar.
3. 3.Add 1/4 cup of milk. You can substitute cream for the milk.
4. 4.Beat in 2 additional cups of powdered sugar to the frosting mixture.
5. 5.Adjust the consistency with more liquid, if needed. Put in a bit of milk or cream so that the icing is a spreadable consistency.
6. 6.Spread the peanut butter frosting on baked goods.
